About BMS Tech Sales
BMS Tech Sales is a self-funded start-up that has experienced significant growth since its inception. We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead and build out our sales team as we continue to expand our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the enterprise software market.
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5-10 years of sales experience in the enterprise software market, with a proven track record of success.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of sales professionals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
