MICE Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MICE Sales Executive to join our team at Melia White House. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our customer base and developing new business opportunities in the hotel industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to clients.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the hotel industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
