Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Market Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning and executing a wide range of marketing campaigns to build awareness, create demand, and support our sales team.

About the Role

This is a newly created role where you will be instrumental in helping us shift from lead generation to demand generation. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and drive MQLs.

  • Planning and Campaign Management: Plan and implement marketing campaigns to educate, engage, and convert prospects.
  • Content Strategy: Develop a content strategy to attract customers, working closely with our copywriting team.
  • Collaboration and Sales Support: Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and provide sales with the tools they need to succeed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance, focusing on metrics across engagement, leads, conversion rates, etc.

Requirements

  • B2B marketing experience, preferably at manager level or stepping up.
  • Experience working in a startup or scaleup environment, with a strong ability to work independently.
  • Track record of planning and executing marketing campaigns to drive pipeline and deals.
  • Proven ability to partner with sales teams to drive results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • An interview with the Head of Marketing.
  • An interview with the Head of Marketing and Country Manager.
