The LEAD Group is a dynamic and innovative company seeking a talented and experienced marketing professional to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Formulate and implement targeted marketing plans to reach international audiences
  • Forge mutually beneficial partnerships with industry associations and publications
  • Utilize a range of online marketing tactics, including social media, SEO, and PPC, to drive engagement and conversions
  • Nurture customer relationships and drive customer advocacy through tailored marketing copy and campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal departments to achieve project objectives and drive business results
  • Manage budgets and ROI to maximize profit gain and drive business growth

Requirements

  • Education to degree level 2:1 or equivalent
  • 2+ years' marketing experience, ideally in B2B publishing, conferences, events, exhibitions, or a membership organization
  • Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media
  • Commercial mindset and experience managing budgets and ROI
  • Ability to commute to our London office 2 days a week
