The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing digital marketing campaigns, particularly for retail and e-commerce clients. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and strong analytical skills to optimize campaign performance and deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns to achieve client goals, focusing on return on ad spend (ROAS) and conversion rates.
  • Conduct regular analysis and reporting on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor strategies accordingly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns, preferably within a digital agency.
  • Expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other social media advertising tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
