About the Role

Kinvr Digital, a leading partner in high-end housewares design and innovation, is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join their team. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with the e-commerce and marketing teams to drive brand awareness, traffic, conversions, and revenue through paid advertising across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Google PPC ads in 6 countries, including branded and non-branded campaigns, to optimize ROI and grow our presence in new markets.
  • Oversee Google Shopping Ads, ensuring product feeds are always up-to-date and optimized for conversions, to drive sales and revenue.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement, using data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Collaborate with the Web and Marketing teams to create effective ad copy and targeted messaging, aligning advertising with sales goals.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with the Web, Sales, and Amazon teams to ensure advertising is aligned with sales goals and revenue targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
  • Fluent in at least one European language (French, Spanish, Dutch, German, or Italian preferred), with excellent communication skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads and digital marketing channels.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., GA/GA4, Adobe, GTM), with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels, algorithms, and attribution, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Social media advertising experience (TikTok and Meta) is a plus, with a creative and innovative approach to marketing.
