Job Overview

The LEAD Group is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join their team. This exciting role is crucial to the company's growth, as you will have complete responsibility for creating and executing innovative, international marketing plans deploying online and offline direct marketing tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for international events
  • Forge mutually beneficial marketing partnerships with industry associations and publications
  • Utilize a full range of online marketing tactics, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media marketing
  • Nurture customers up the advocacy ladder by engaging them with tailored marketing copy
  • Prepare all promotional copy and collateral
  • Establish close working relationships with sponsor and exhibitor clients
  • Establish effective working relationships with speakers and sponsors to promote their events
  • Collaborate with internal departments to achieve project objectives
  • Meet agreed targets for direct revenue generation and lead generation while closely managing the event marketing budget

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level 2:1 or equivalent working experience - ideally within marketing or communications
  • 2+ years' marketing experience preferred, ideally gained within B2B publishing, conferences, events, exhibitions, or a membership organization
  • Experience with digital marketing (SEO & SEM, social media, etc.)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Commercial mindset - experience in managing budgets and ROI for maximum profit gain
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, with a positive outlook
  • Keen for new experiences, responsibility, and accountability

This is a hybrid role; the successful candidate must be able to commute to their office in London, 2 days a week.
