The Lead Group is a leading provider of innovative marketing solutions, seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join their team. This multifaceted role is crucial to the company's growth, as you will have complete bottom-line responsibility for creating and executing innovative, international marketing plans deploying online and offline direct marketing tactics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute targeted marketing strategies for a portfolio of international events, driving revenue growth and lead generation.
  • Forge mutually beneficial marketing partnerships with associations and publications, expanding the company's reach and influence.
  • Utilize a full range of online marketing tactics, including social media, SEO, and PPC, to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
  • Nurture customers up the advocacy ladder by engaging them with tailored marketing copy, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.
  • Prepare all promotional copy and collateral, ensuring consistency and quality across all marketing channels.
  • Establish close working relationships with sponsor and exhibitor clients, delivering exceptional customer service and support.
  • Establish effective working relationships with speakers and sponsors to promote their events, driving attendance and revenue.
  • Work closely with other internal departments to achieve project objectives, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Hitting agreed targets for direct revenue generation and lead generation while closely managing the event marketing budget.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Educated to degree level 2:1 or equivalent working experience - ideally within marketing or communications.
  • 2+ years' marketing experience preferred, ideally gained within B2B publishing, conferences, events, exhibitions, or a membership organization.
  • Experience with digital marketing (SEO & SEM, social media, etc.).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies.
  • Commercial mindset, with experience in managing budgets and ROI for maximum profit gain.
  • Is a creative problem-solver, detail-focused, and analytically inclined, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, with a positive outlook and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Keen for new experiences, responsibility, and accountability, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
