**Job Summary**

Devonshire is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global marketing team, you will play a crucial role in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns for our investment solutions, targeting both institutional and global wealth audiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Campaign Coordination**: Coordinate and manage the campaign calendar, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • **Marketing Strategy**: Support the implementation of comprehensive multichannel marketing strategies.
  • **Creative Development**: Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to create compelling marketing materials.
  • **Brand Management**: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
  • **Performance Analysis**: Analyze campaign performance using key metrics and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with teams across the firm to ensure campaign alignment.
  • **Creative Approval**: Maintain brand standards and oversee creative approvals.
  • **Reporting**: Present detailed campaign performance reports to senior leadership.

**Requirements:**

  • **Education**: A Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, communications.
  • **Experience**: A wealth of product marketing experience, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • **Interest**: A strong interest in alternative investment products.
  • **Skills**: Experience in managing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • **Tools**: Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with familiarity in Salesforce and Pardot being a plus.
  • **Soft Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, a results-driven mindset with high accountability for your work.

**Work Arrangement**: This is a hybrid role, working three days in the office in London and the rest from home. During the training period, the expectation is for you to be in the office 5 days a week.
