The Role:

The Marketing Campaign Coordinator is responsible for the planning, execution, and management of integrated marketing initiatives across various channels. This role focuses on driving brand visibility and engaging both new and existing clients. The coordinator will track campaign performance and utilize insights to enhance future marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Development and Management:

  • Craft and execute cohesive marketing campaigns utilizing digital, print, social media, email, and events.
  • Create engaging and innovative content that appeals to targeted demographics.
  • Oversee the campaign timeline, ensuring all marketing activities are executed promptly and effectively.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify target demographics, understand their preferences, and keep abreast of industry trends.
  • Evaluate campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and refine future strategies.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance campaign results.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals and brand standards.
  • Coordinate with external partners and agencies to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations are maintained.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Monitor expenditures and report on return on investment.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure all marketing initiatives adhere to relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in digital marketing campaign management, ideally within a similar sector.
