Position Overview:

As a key member of our Campaign Delivery Team, the Marketing Campaign Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing and executing our routine marketing initiatives.

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our Delivery & Production team. Located at our Global Headquarters, you will work closely with Marketing Managers and the delivery team to navigate creative briefs through to final asset delivery. Your role will involve supporting the development and execution of effective marketing strategies and campaigns.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our Campaign Executives receive the necessary support to deliver high-quality, on-brand work within established timelines.

By collaborating with the Creative Services team, you will identify suitable third-party partners to execute and deliver our marketing materials, ensuring that every brief, regardless of size, contributes to our ongoing marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the workflow of Tier 2 projects from initial brief to final delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with workflow processes for all briefs through our creative platforms.
  • Drive the end-to-end workflow process, including:
    • Clarifying briefs and ensuring deliverables, budgets, and deadlines are well-defined.
    • Creating project timelines with key milestones and dependencies.
    • Developing a Project Gantt chart to guide production.
    • Collaborating with the creative services team to secure the best resources for asset delivery.
    • Working with Channel teams to gather Content, Social, and Paid Digital assets.
    • Briefing resource partners effectively.
    • Managing rounds of amendments and consolidating client feedback.
    • Reviewing all work to ensure it meets brand standards and quality expectations.
    • Participating in regular updates with the Campaign Delivery Manager to report on project status.
    • Issuing change controls for any modifications to the original brief, including budget and timeline adjustments.
    • Ensuring all final assets are uploaded into our Digital Asset Management system and correctly tagged.
    • Utilizing campaign tracking tools to ensure data is captured for future reporting.
    • Conducting 'lessons learned' sessions post-campaign to foster continuous improvement.
    • Assisting Senior Campaign Executives with Tier 1 briefs and providing coverage during absences.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and hands-on approach.
  • Creative mindset with a keen attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work independently or as part of a larger team.
