Job Title: Marketing Production Specialist

Job Summary:

Devonshire Appointments is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing multi-channel marketing campaigns for our investment solutions, targeting both institutional and global wealth audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and Manage Campaigns: Develop and implement comprehensive multichannel marketing strategies, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Support Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to create compelling marketing materials, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
  • Analyse Campaign Performance: Analyse campaign performance using key metrics and identify opportunities for optimisation, presenting detailed campaign performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Brand Management: Maintain brand standards and oversee creative approvals, ensuring all marketing materials meet the highest standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the firm to ensure campaign alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, or communications.
  • Experience: A wealth of product marketing experience, preferably within the financial services sector, with a strong interest in alternative investment products.
  • Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with familiarity in Salesforce and Pardot being a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong written and verbal communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and high accountability for your work.

Work Arrangements:

This is a hybrid role, working three days in the office in London and the rest from home. During the training period, the expectation is for you to be in the office 5 days a week.
