Senior Marketing Executive – B2B Financial Services / Information Solutions – Hybrid Role

This is a remarkable opportunity to become part of a leading entity in B2B financial services and information solutions as a Senior Marketing Executive. Collaborating closely with the Marketing Director, you will be an integral part of a rapidly expanding team, responsible for generating demand, nurturing leads, and enhancing the existing audience to meet new subscriber acquisition and renewal revenue objectives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in demand generation and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Background in subscriptions, publishing, or information services marketing.
  • Proven experience in leading a small team of marketers.
  • Collaborative experience with sales and business development teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from customer data.
  • Solid understanding of SEO strategies and principles.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Experienced with campaign management systems (e.g., Pardot, Marketo) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to optimize performance across various channels including paid media, websites, and email.
  • Familiarity with multiple acquisition channels (PPC, social media, direct mail, events).
  • IT proficient; skilled in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage effective marketing campaigns across diverse digital channels, including email and both organic and paid social media.
  • Work alongside Product Marketing to refine and enhance marketing programs throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Analyze program and campaign performance with a focus on ROI, revenue, and attribution, using insights to inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to maintain monthly reporting on subscriber metrics, providing insights to stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Product Marketing Manager and Editorial team to identify content that engages and nurtures the target audience.
  • Coordinate with the Head of Lifecycle Marketing to align on business priorities and uncover new opportunities.
  • Work with the Marketing Technology team to develop automated programs that nurture and engage audiences effectively.
  • Enhance key campaign landing pages to boost conversion rates.
  • Present program outcomes and insights to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve effectiveness, reduce costs, and increase high-intent pipeline.
  • Deliver well-optimized marketing assets through regular A/B testing, adhering to design principles and brand guidelines.
  • Act as a senior member of the Lifecycle Marketing team, sharing expertise and mentoring junior team members.
  • Explore and test innovative marketing channels, advocating for new strategies.
