We are looking for a skilled Lead Marketing Automation Strategist to join our team at Caspian One. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in Dynamics 365 and marketing automation, particularly within the financial services sector. This role is essential for the execution and oversight of our marketing automation initiatives, as well as fostering the adoption of a new platform throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance Dynamics 365 marketing automation systems
  • Design and implement dynamic customer journeys and analytics
  • Leverage Dynamics Marketing and Dynamics CRM to improve marketing strategies
  • Communicate strategies and collaborate with key stakeholders
  • Facilitate stand-up meetings and conduct training sessions on marketing automation tools
  • Lead the implementation and deployment of a new platform across the organization

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Lead Marketing Automation Strategist
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Dynamics 365, Dynamics Marketing, and Dynamics CRM
  • Strong expertise in marketing automation and customer journey mapping
  • Experience in the financial services or asset management sector
  • Exceptional presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven ability to lead training sessions and stand-ups
  • Strong project management capabilities for platform implementation
