Senior Marketing Manager – B2B Financial Publishing / Information Services

Hybrid working model available

This is a remarkable opportunity to become part of a leading organization in B2B financial publishing and information services as a Senior Marketing Manager. Collaborating closely with the Marketing Director, you will be an integral part of a rapidly expanding team, tasked with generating demand, nurturing leads, and enhancing the existing audience to meet subscriber acquisition and renewal revenue goals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation and lead nurturing strategies
  • Experience in product marketing within subscriptions, publishing, or information services
  • Proven ability to lead a small team of marketers
  • Strong collaboration skills with sales and business development teams
  • Proficient in customer data analytics, translating data into actionable insights
  • Solid understanding of SEO strategies and principles
  • Extensive experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with campaign management systems (e.g., Pardot, Marketo) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Expertise in optimizing performance across various channels including paid media, websites, and email
  • Knowledge of diverse acquisition channels (PPC, social media, direct mail, events)
  • IT proficient; advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, manage, and execute impactful marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including email and both organic and paid social media
  • Work in partnership with Product Marketing to refine and enhance marketing programs throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Analyze program and campaign performance, focusing on ROI, revenue, and attribution, and leverage insights for future strategies
  • Assist the Marketing Director in developing monthly reports to monitor new subscriber metrics, renewals, and retention KPIs, providing feedback on trends to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager and Editorial team to identify engaging content for target audiences
  • Engage with the Head of Lifecycle Marketing and Product Marketing Manager to align on business priorities and identify growth opportunities
  • Partner with the Marketing Technology team to establish automated programs for nurturing and engaging audiences
  • Enhance key campaign landing pages to boost conversion rates
  • Present program outcomes and insights to stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Continuously optimize campaigns and programs to improve effectiveness, reduce costs, and enhance high-intent pipeline
  • Deliver well-optimized marketing assets through regular A/B testing, adhering to design principles, brand guidelines, and effective imagery and copy
  • Act as a senior member of the Lifecycle Marketing team, sharing expertise, leading by example, and mentoring junior team members
  • Explore and test innovative marketing channels, advocating for new approaches and ideas.
