Position: Lead Marketing Strategist

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Lead Marketing Strategist will be instrumental in refining and executing the marketing vision. You will be responsible for cultivating our marketing team, spearheading the design and execution of comprehensive marketing initiatives that are innovative and effective in generating leads, enhancing customer engagement, and driving revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing Leadership:

  • Formulate and implement strategic marketing initiatives to meet business goals and stimulate growth.
  • Guide and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies, encompassing digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
  • Evaluate market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive trends to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment in marketing efforts.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and return on investment.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, utilizing data to enhance strategies and drive ongoing improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to strengthen marketing initiatives.
  • Manage integrated marketing campaigns across B2B, Consumer, and Brand sectors, including strategy formulation, creative direction, execution, and analysis.

Revenue Generation and Customer Engagement:

  • Enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation through various channels, including paid search, SEO, digital, print, and out-of-home advertising.
  • Increase unprompted brand recognition.
  • Oversee CRM for cold and lapsed lead generation, reporting on success metrics and refining content and strategies for improved outcomes.
  • Track lead conversion rates and adjust campaign strategies as necessary.
  • Organize the acquisition and utilization of new prospect data.
  • Achieve established lead and revenue targets consistently.
  • Expand social media reach and engagement across all platforms.

Team Management:

  • Effectively manage a small team, ensuring balanced workloads, setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and providing coaching and mentorship.

Data Management and Financial Oversight:

  • Analyze consumer and client behaviors to refine customer personas.
  • Oversee inbound data management and insights generation.
  • Ensure data integrity and cleansing processes are maintained.
  • Deliver regular reports on marketing effectiveness.
  • Prepare and manage campaign budgets efficiently.

Event Management:

  • Plan, execute, and analyze exhibitions and events.
  • Manage participation in industry events, including lead generation strategies, space acquisition, stand creation, and campaign support.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate will possess:

5+ years of experience in a marketing management role with a strong background in integrated marketing campaign planning and execution.

Experience in B2B, Brand, and Consumer marketing.

Exceptional copywriting and proofreading abilities.

In-depth knowledge of inbound marketing strategies and campaigns.

Proficient creative brief writing skills.

Experience managing teams and external vendors, including freelancers and agencies.

Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of data-driven marketing.

Proficiency in Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a marketing agency, particularly in Incentive/Reward and Recognition.

Familiarity with website management.

Adept problem-solving skills with the ability to present effective solutions.

Experience with CRM software, particularly Zoho.

Comprehensive knowledge of brand management principles.
