**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing plans for our international events, leveraging online and offline direct marketing tactics.
  • Forge mutually beneficial partnerships with industry associations and publications to expand our reach.
  • Utilize a range of online marketing tactics, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media marketing.
  • Nurture customer relationships by creating tailored marketing copy and engaging with customers through various channels.
  • Prepare all promotional materials, including copy and collateral, to support our marketing efforts.
  • Establish strong relationships with sponsor and exhibitor clients, as well as speakers and sponsors, to promote their events.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to achieve project objectives and drive business results.
  • Meet agreed targets for direct revenue generation and lead generation while managing the event marketing budget effectively.

**Requirements**

  • Education to degree level 2:1 or equivalent, ideally in marketing or communications.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B publishing, conferences, events, exhibitions, or a membership organization.
  • Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A commercial mindset, with experience in managing budgets and ROI for maximum profit gain.
  • A creative problem-solver, detail-focused, and analytically inclined.
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and be self-driven, results-oriented, with a positive outlook.
  • Keen for new experiences, responsibility, and accountability.
