We are seeking an experienced Events Marketing Manager to join our team at Marketing Talent | Marketing Recruitment Experts. As an Events Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-calibre marketing campaigns for our portfolio of conferences and awards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase event visibility and registration
  • Utilising a mix of channels including email, social media, and content marketing to maximise event exposure
  • Building and managing databases to keep data up to date and relevant for every campaign
  • Testing, measuring, and evaluating channels and tactics to improve results
  • Managing event websites to ensure they are user-friendly and optimised for conversion
  • Creating and managing partnerships with media/association partners, speakers, and sponsors to further expose the brand and maximise revenue
  • Developing and delivering content marketing strategies to enhance event social media
  • Coordinating with Operations and Programming teams to produce marketing deliverables, including sponsor material and post-event reports

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B Events marketing experience, preferably with experience in conferences and awards
  • Strong focus on audience/delegate acquisition
  • Ideally experience working in the B2B financial, data, or market intelligence sectors
  • Experience devising or influencing events pricing strategies is beneficial
  • Strong experience managing marketing for multiple events simultaneously, with a track record of meeting or exceeding audience acquisition targets
  • Confident use of Excel, CRM, and Marketing Automation platforms (SalesForce & Pardot ideally)
  • Solid experience using social media marketing (ideally LinkedIn Ads)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Good eye for design and ability to produce high-quality marketing materials
