Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement high-calibre marketing campaigns for multiple conferences and awards, including both free and paid delegate campaigns.
- Utilise a mix of channels, including email, social media, and content marketing, to maximise event visibility and registration.
- Use intuitive lead-generation techniques for data capture of new prospects.
- Devise and implement strategies to increase the return rate of event attendees.
- Build and manage databases, keeping data up to date and relevant for every campaign.
- Test, measure, and evaluate channels and tactics, making adjustments to improve results.
- Manage event websites, ensuring they are user-friendly and optimised for conversion.
- Create and manage partnerships with media/association partners, as well as speakers and sponsors, to further expose the brand and maximise revenue.
- Develop and deliver content marketing strategies that enhance the events' social media.
- Coordinate with Operations and Programming teams to produce marketing deliverables, including sponsor material post-event reports.
- Work with Product Marketers to ensure event marketing aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
