We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to join our team in London. About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with experience in the exhibition or hospitality sector. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, social media, event management, and PR. You will work closely with our sales teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns that drive client retention, acquisition, and business development.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing and executing a commercially focused marketing strategy that drives revenue growth and supports business objectives.
  • Managing all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, social media, event management, and PR.
  • Working closely with our sales teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns that drive client retention, acquisition, and business development.
  • Initiating, developing, and updating sales and marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, video content, web content, virtual tours, and sales presentations.
  • Implementing direct marketing campaigns to support sales and relationship building, including email campaigns, newsletters, and direct mail.
  • Owning, managing, and developing the website in partnership with the wider marketing team and relevant external suppliers, ensuring content and organic SEO are maintained and improved.
  • Managing all digital marketing activity, including organic and paid-for activity, with the relevant support of external agencies.
  • Managing the company's presence at relevant exhibitions, trade shows, industry events, and conferences.
  • Overseeing corporate hospitality and client events as required.
  • Managing all budget and finance requirements relating to marketing activity.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a senior marketing role in the exhibition or hospitality sector, with a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns. Experience working for an organisation with a strong commercial focus and customer service ethos is also essential.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related subject is preferred.

Salary

The salary for this position is £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
