Marketing Events Coordinator

We are seeking a talented Marketing Events Coordinator to join our team based in London. As a Marketing Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating, marketing, and executing a wide range of events for the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver all aspects of events and campaigns, from initial concept creation to post-event analysis and reporting
  • Develop marketing collateral, event presentations, client invitations, and corporate gifting
  • Carry out market and competitor research to ensure events are best in class and an opportunity to differentiate
  • Manage the events and marketing budget
Requirements:
  • Strong previous events and/or marketing experience gained in a law firm or wider professional services environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A results-driven, solutions-oriented, proactive approach
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience of working with InterAction, or similar CRM databases and email marketing platforms
