Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our team at Event Industry News Limited. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing our annual schedule of events, including webinars, awards, and conferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Administration
    • Manage event data and ensure smooth event administration
    • Coordinate post-event deliverables and follow-up activities
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Develop marketing collateral for events, including digital and print materials
    • Assist with ticketing and delegate support
  • Diary Management
    • Manage speaker and staff diaries for events
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support for event planning and preparation

Requirements

  • Education
    • Events or marketing degree
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 1 year's experience working on live events, ideally with a digital element
    • Marketing experience, including creation of digital and print marketing materials
  • Skills
    • Strong writing skills, ability to write compelling marketing copy and communications
    • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
    • Strong communication skills, ability to work effectively and professionally with external suppliers, clients, and customers

Working Arrangements

We offer flexible working arrangements, including the option to work from home and come to our office in Brockley, SE4.
