B2B Marketing Lead – Financial Information Sector – Flexible Work Options

Collaborating with the Head of Lifecycle Marketing, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team, responsible for generating interest, capturing leads, nurturing prospects, and expanding the current audience to meet subscription and renewal revenue objectives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation and lead nurturing strategies
  • Experience in subscription-based or publishing product marketing is preferred
  • Proven ability to work closely with sales and business development teams
  • Strong understanding of customer data analytics and the capability to derive actionable insights from data
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and strategies
  • Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Experience with campaign management platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Ability to optimize performance across various channels including paid media, website, and email
  • Knowledge of additional acquisition channels such as PPC, social media, retargeting, direct mail, events, and list research
  • IT proficient; skilled in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage effective marketing campaigns across diverse digital platforms, including email and both organic and paid social media
  • Work in conjunction with Product Marketing to refine and enhance marketing initiatives throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Analyze program and campaign performance, focusing on ROI, revenue, and attribution, and leverage insights to inform future strategies
  • Collaborate with the Head of Lifecycle Marketing to maintain monthly reporting on Lifecycle Marketing KPIs, providing insights and trends to stakeholders
  • Partner with the Product Marketing Manager and Editorial team to identify content that engages and nurtures the target audience
  • Engage with the Head of Lifecycle Marketing and Product Marketing Manager to align on business priorities and identify growth opportunities
  • Work alongside the Marketing Technology team to develop automated programs that nurture, onboard, and engage audiences
  • Enhance and optimize key campaign landing pages to boost conversion rates
  • Present program outcomes and insights to stakeholders, including senior management
  • Continuously refine campaigns and programs to improve effectiveness, reduce costs, and enhance high-intent pipeline
  • Deliver highly optimized marketing assets through regular A/B testing, adhering to design principles, brand guidelines, and effective imagery and copy
  • Act as a senior member of the Lifecycle Marketing team by sharing expertise, leading by example, and mentoring junior colleagues
  • Innovate and explore new marketing channels, advocating for fresh approaches.
