We are seeking a B2B Marketing Lead for a fixed-term engagement with a robust background in business-to-business marketing. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and expanding segment of our organization. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our 'Institutional First' strategy, engaging in a diverse range of marketing activities, including; out-of-home advertising, digital display campaigns, event coordination, content creation, copywriting, and social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee the institutional marketing communications strategy to foster engagement and generate qualified leads, cultivating a robust pipeline of new opportunities.
- Formulate and implement region-specific campaigns aimed at key demographics with new or existing offerings.
- Create a content marketing strategy leveraging consumer insights to position CMC Markets as a leading authority in the industry.
- Manage the schedule of institutional event activities from planning through execution.
- Oversee B2B social media platforms and enhance the online presence of our institutional sales team.
- Increase awareness of the CMC Connect service through earned media exposure, collaborating closely with our public relations consultant.
- Ensure all initiatives are executed in accordance with brand standards.
- Administer the monthly institutional marketing budget, ensuring alignment with financial allocations.
- Evaluate and report on campaign performance monthly to the Head of Marketing and Head of Institutional Sales.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of competitor strategies.
Key Skills and Experience:
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing B2B marketing programs with a demonstrated ability to achieve consistently strong measurable outcomes.
- Proficient in developing successful B2B brand awareness, demand generation, and lead acquisition campaigns across various marketing channels, including events, paid media, content, and social media.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including experience in assessing performance metrics and providing actionable recommendations.
- Solid financial and business insight.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong motivation to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Experience collaborating with marketing vendors and agencies to ensure optimal value from investments.
- Skilled in establishing B2B CRM processes and utilizing marketing engagement platforms, data visualization, and digital analytics tools for campaign creation, evaluation, and analysis.
- Adept at managing multiple projects with a keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable working across various time zones and collaborating with globally distributed teams, demonstrating excellent interpersonal communication skills.
