- Multi-channel Campaign Execution:
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to broaden the network of potential clients, delivering high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to the sales team.
- Oversee the complete campaign lifecycle, from conception and execution to evaluation, ensuring alignment with growth objectives.
- CRM Strategy Collaboration: Partner with the CRM team to proactively establish quarterly strategies for automating lead nurturing and client engagement.
- Event Management: Organize and manage B2B events, conferences, and webinars.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work alongside various departments including branding, CRM, social media, and design to bolster sales enablement efforts, enhance brand visibility, and drive growth.
- Marketing Collateral Development: Assist in creating diverse marketing materials that support client acquisition and retention, such as buying guides, whitepapers, case studies, and product explainers.
- Website Enhancement: Lead continuous improvements to the presentation of B2B services on the company website to boost conversion rates.
- Account-Based Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with commercial teams to devise and execute a robust Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy aimed at generating leads and converting targeted sectors, accounts, and individuals.
- Performance Reporting:
- Act as the primary contact for all B2B marketing updates, reporting on return on investment (ROI) and top-of-funnel (TOFU) activities.
- Continuously optimize campaigns and channels to enhance ROI.
- Budget Oversight: Manage and report on the B2B marketing budget, tracking expenditures and working with the finance team.
- Client Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding of new clients alongside the sales team and monitor success metrics.
- Thought Leadership Development: Position the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) as a thought leader through opportunities for public speaking.
- Client and Partner Engagement: Collaborate closely with the Strategic Corporate Partner Manager to engage B2B clients, brokers, and intermediaries to drive quality referrals and promote Hertility's services.
- Project Management: Independently manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded.
- HubSpot Optimization: Maintain and enhance HubSpot to improve efficiencies in marketing operations.
- Process Improvement: Develop more efficient methods for documenting B2B marketing activities and strategies, utilizing tools like Notion boards and Miro boards.

The ideal candidate will:
- Have proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a managerial capacity and/or within a startup context.
- Possess experience in event planning and marketing, which would be advantageous.
- Demonstrate a strong grasp of marketing principles and techniques.
- Be proficient in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (including Canva, HubSpot, and LinkedIn).
- Exhibit excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Be willing to travel occasionally.
- Show strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
