Opportunity:

This role presents a unique chance for an individual to become an integral part of the senior management team, directly supporting the Managing Director as their second-in-command.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of workflow and business processes, with a focus on achieving commercial success, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence through effective business integration.

We seek a versatile professional with a strong emphasis on customer service. Experience in planning, health and safety, quality assurance, and the ability to seamlessly transition between operational and strategic tasks will solidify the candidate's position as the second-in-command.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be expected to:
1. Support, engage, and inspire a team of four Account Managers, working closely with the Managing Director.
2. Take ownership of the customer service function, ensuring its efficient and effective operation.
3. Cultivate and manage client relationships, delivering a high-quality service that meets client objectives.
4. Serve as the liaison between production and customer service teams.
5. Develop, review, and implement best practices to enhance procedures and performance.

Essential Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:
1. Experience in Client Services Management.
2. A background in project planning, with the ability to oversee customized print projects that encompass printing, logistics, and processing.
3. Strong commercial acumen and business insight.
4. Proven people management skills, with the ability to empower team members.
5. The capability to establish and strategically nurture client and internal relationships.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel, along with a solid understanding of Adobe and PowerPoint.
