Position Summary:

This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced organization, reporting directly to a senior operations manager and collaborating with a dedicated team. The successful candidate will manage significant client accounts and oversee operational and supply chain processes to ensure efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and international teams.
  • Input and manage product and order data across internal and client systems.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries and order fulfillment.
  • Act as the primary contact for factories, ensuring compliance with auditing standards.
  • Understand and implement customer packaging and labeling specifications.
  • Provide updates on operational status during weekly team meetings.
  • Build and nurture relationships with external suppliers to enhance the supply chain.
  • Assist the Supply Chain Manager with inbound operations.
  • Oversee stock planning to ensure accurate supply levels and optimize cash flow.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in operations or supply chain management.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Familiarity with FMCG products.
  • Knowledge of export and customs processes.
  • Strong skills in relationship management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with ERP systems.

Salary: £35,000
