About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused IT Service Centre Support Specialist to join our team at Motability Operations. As a key member of our IT Service Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier One Desktop Support: Respond to incoming calls and provide technical assistance to internal customers, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage Customer Expectations: Take ownership of customer issues, manage expectations, and provide regular updates on progress.
  • Collaborate with Technology Departments: Act as a liaison between the IT Service Centre and technology departments to drive resolution and deliver results.
  • Represent the IT Service Centre: Act as a professional ambassador for the IT Service Centre, representing the team and the organization.
  • Continuously Improve Performance: Strive to improve personal performance, achieve team and departmental SLAs and KPIs, and contribute to the proactive improvement of the Service Centre delivery.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience in Customer Service or Service Centre Environment: A minimum of [insert time period] years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Applications, remote connectivity/VPN, LAN/WAN technologies, and HP hardware.
