Role Overview:
This position presents an exciting chance to join a fast-paced organization, reporting directly to a senior operations manager and collaborating with a team of five. The role involves managing significant client accounts and overseeing operational and supply chain processes to ensure seamless delivery. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where problem-solving, multitasking, and teamwork are essential, this role could be a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fostering relationships with customers and international teams.
- Entering product and order information into internal and client systems.
- Collaborating with key clients and stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries and order fulfillment.
- Acting as the primary contact for factories to ensure proper audits are conducted.
- Understanding and managing customer packaging and labeling specifications.
- Providing status updates to the operations team during weekly order meetings.
- Building relationships with external suppliers to support the comprehensive supply chain process.
- Assisting the Supply Chain Manager with inbound supply chain operations.
- Managing stock planning processes to ensure accurate supply levels and optimize cash flow.
Essential Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in an operations or supply chain role.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with FMCG products.
- Knowledge of export and customs processes.
- Strong skills in relationship management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with ERP systems.
Salary: £35,000
