Logistics Manager/Sales Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced logistics and sales professional to join our team at Solarwatt, a pioneer in renewable energy. As a Logistics Manager/Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our supply chain operations in the UK, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the efficient distribution of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services;
  • Monitor quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency;
  • Arrange warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes, and process shipments;
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints;
  • Supervise, coach, and train warehouse workforce;
  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements;
  • Propose improvement processes to minimize the number of picking errors;
  • Manage packers and monitor quality/appearance of packaged orders;
  • Process rush orders (outside of standard process).

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a Logistics and Sales Manager;
  • Record of successful distribution and logistics management;
  • Proficient in standard logistics software;
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects;
  • Good with SAP systems;
  • German/Dutch language skills are a plus but not essential.
