We are seeking a talented Global Logistics Project Coordinator to join our team at APL Logistics in Hamburg, Germany.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating global logistics projects, working closely with our international teams and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Communicate effectively with international teams and clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Analyze project data and identify areas for improvement, proposing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or supply chain management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics or supply chain management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and able to learn new software quickly
  • Familiarity with logistics software and systems is an asset
