About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Account Manager to join our team at Operations OO. As a Brand Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering targeted sales for our brands and territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guarantee Sales: Deliver individual targeted sales volumes, values, return rates, and brand distribution and penetration objectives by effectively identifying and meeting customer needs.
- Develop Business: Build relations with customers and visit them periodically to develop business and ensure effective territory coverage.
- Drive Customer Recommendation: Ensure effective brand, product, and visual merchandising training for your customers' sales and/or dispensing staff to ensure that our customers not only buy our products, but actively recommend them.
- Deliver Presentations: Deliver presentations of new & seasonal collections to clients at least two times per year for registration of orders in accordance with adopted annual plan of the Company.
- Follow Up Leads: Follow up new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Support Events: Support local and international events and trade marketing and visual merchandising initiatives.
- Manage Product Range: Keep product range at clients' outlets, quality and quantity of stock and store supplies under control, ensure that orders input is done in a timely manner and control on orders execution.
- Identify and Resolve Client Concerns: Identify and resolve client concerns related to EssilorLuxottica products and services.
- Guarantee Respect and Correct Deployment of Commercial Policy: Guarantee respect and correct deployment of commercial policy.
Requirements:
- Strong Communication Skills: A 'can do' attitude – be performance aware and performance responsible, take full ownership for personal and team results while continually striving to find new ways to improve.
- Effective Planning: Implement an effective customer contact strategy: demonstrating a consistent, and effective customer meeting schedule and routinely scheduling future appointments at the end of each call, building effective 'bottom up' customer goals in order to deliver objectives.
- Team Player: Being an active team member – creating internal and external business partnerships, showing willingness to share ideas and actively supporting other members of the team and other company functions.
- Technical Skills: Have strong Apple iPad and PC skills including competent use of the Microsoft Office.
- Driving License: Have a full, clean driving license (essential).
- Customer Service and Selling Experience: Have demonstrable customer service and selling experience, ideally in a field sales environment.
- Education: Preferably, have a bachelor's degree.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrating outstanding product knowledge - understanding, demonstrating, and bringing to life the histories, visions, and stories of individual portfolio brands as well as the superiority of Luxottica manufacturing; acting as a brand ambassador.
- Brand Management: Effectively managing a brand portfolio to meet the needs of company, brands, sales team, and customers.
- Structured Approach to Sales Meetings: Using a structured approach to sales meetings - using appropriate questions to establish customer needs, answering customer questions and handling objections effectively, applying a professional and structured approach to conducting sales meetings, preparing and following-up in an effective and expedient manner in line with company standards.
