About The Role

As a Data Analyst at Motability Operations, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our analytical capacity to transform and optimize our pricing strategies and residual value risk management. You will work closely with the Analytics Lead to leverage advanced analytics and data science techniques to create valuable insights that improve our decision-making and processes.

You will be responsible for translating business problems into requirements, projects, and solutions, leveraging advanced analytics to optimize business processes and decision-making, and executing the delivery of insights via reports and data visualization.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing and maintaining advanced analytics models to inform business decisions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and challenges
  • Designing and implementing data visualization dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Providing data-driven recommendations to the business for key decisions

About You

Core Requirements:

  • Experience of model building, data visualization, and/or process automation
