Office Coordinator

Location: Swindon
Salary: £11.44 Per Hour

Our reputable client in Swindon is seeking an Office Coordinator to become a vital part of their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling both incoming and outgoing communications
  • Addressing client inquiries effectively
  • Managing daily email correspondence
  • Generating purchase orders as necessary
  • Assisting project teams with travel arrangements, including transport and lodging
  • Overseeing the site intercom and managing incoming deliveries at Reception, along with visitor coordination
  • Facilitating the dispatch of orders from the online bookstore

Ideal Candidate:
  • Proficient in IT
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong customer service abilities

Working Hours:
  • Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
