Position Overview

The role of Senior Administrative Coordinator is pivotal in delivering extensive administrative and secretarial assistance to diverse teams, departments, and medical personnel.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of motivation, adaptability, and a broad skill set, coupled with exceptional organizational capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, is essential.

This position requires the ability to maintain high standards of work, manage sensitive information, and effectively utilize the electronic patient record system. The candidate will be responsible for meeting deadlines, compiling data, and ensuring compliance with administrative protocols.

The Senior Administrative Coordinator will oversee the management of junior staff, providing support and guidance on escalated issues from Clinical Services Administrators. The role demands independence in workload management and the ability to operate without direct supervision.

  • Organize critical meetings, prepare documentation, and take formal minutes.
  • Advise on administrative functions and implement relevant procedures.
  • Manage the daily activities of junior administrators, adhering to staff policies.
  • Prepare and present complex reports in various formats.
  • Assist the Business Coordinator in gathering performance data.
  • Ensure robust administrative processes are established and maintained.
  • Authorize minor payments and manage timesheets.
  • Develop effective office management systems to enhance service delivery.
  • Plan and prioritize workload to meet regular deadlines.
