Key Responsibilities- Generalist HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the People team, including managing the team inbox and ensuring timely responses to queries.
- HR Data Management: Maintain accurate and compliant HR data and files, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and secure.
- Enquiry Resolution: Respond to general enquiries from employees and stakeholders, escalating complex issues to the Senior HR Manager as necessary.
- Exit Interviews: Coordinate exit interviews for departing employees, ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new starters, including right-to-work checks, and ensure a smooth offboarding process for leavers.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to refine and improve HR administration processes, ensuring that they are efficient and effective.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the People team, including raising purchase orders, taking minutes, and performing other duties as assigned.
- Compliance and Governance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, including anti-bribery and environmental management standards.
