Tiro Partners Limited is collaborating with a prestigious organization in the manufacturing sector, which operates across various divisions including power, electronics, communications, and defense. As part of their growth strategy, they are seeking to appoint an IT Systems Coordinator who will be based in their Swindon office.

This role involves close collaboration with the Head of IT, focusing on the maintenance and integration of IT systems, particularly CRM and ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Overseeing all internal IT systems
  2. Enhancing operational workflows
  3. Providing support for IT infrastructure
  4. Maintaining IT systems and equipment, including CRM, ERP, and MS Office
  5. Integrating new systems and delivering training to staff as necessary
  6. Ensuring the security of data

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience with CRM and ERP systems
  2. Strong understanding of computer hardware and software systems
  3. Proficient in Windows server and desktop environments
