Job Title: HR Systems Administrator

At Renesas Electronics, we are seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Administrator to join our global team. As a key member of our HR Systems team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations by managing our HR Systems inbox, configuring and testing system improvements, and providing reports to the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the HR Systems inbox, respond to queries, and investigate potential causes of issues within our HR Systems.
  • Provide regular reports to the business, highlighting key trends and insights.
  • Support end-users of reports, ensuring they have the information they need to make informed decisions.
  • Participate in testing of system improvements and other related projects, providing feedback on potential issues and documenting findings.
  • Provide updates on issue resolution progress in our weekly HR Systems and IT meeting.
  • Support and participate in any HR system projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Conduct data quality checks, ensuring our HR Systems are accurate and reliable.
Requirements:
  • Success Factors configuration experience.
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills, including MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Good written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Customer service focus, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
