At Europcar, we are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery and collection of our vehicles to ensure exceptional customer service standards and minimize costs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing the delivery and collection of vehicles to meet customer bookings
  • Sourcing vehicles to meet customer demand, working closely with our central fleet team and local branches
  • Ensuring accurate completion of all vehicle documentation on our in-house rental system
  • Coordinating repairs and warranty work to vehicles as needed
  • Accurately completing all fuel documentation daily and ensuring competent staff receive fuel deliveries in accordance with relevant legislation
  • Identifying and reporting new business opportunities

As a Fleet Coordinator at Europcar, you will have the opportunity to work with our delivery and collection teams, central fleet team, and local branches to ensure seamless vehicle delivery and collection services.
