The successful candidate will work closely with our delivery and collection teams, central fleet team, and local branches to source vehicles, complete vehicle documentation, and organize repairs and warranty work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing the delivery and collection of vehicles to maximize service standards and minimize costs
  • Sourcing vehicles to meet customer bookings, working with the central fleet team and local branches
  • Ensuring accurate completion of all vehicle documentation on the in-house rental system
  • Organizing repairs and warranty work to vehicles where necessary
  • Accurately completing all fuel documentation daily and ensuring competent members of staff receive fuel deliveries in accordance with relevant legislation
  • Identifying and reporting new business opportunities
