As the Maternity Vaccination Coordination Officer, you will play a crucial role in the execution, oversight, and maintenance of safe and quality-assured vaccination initiatives tailored for expectant mothers and birthing individuals. The successful applicant will be integral to a newly established team, taking charge of the seamless operation of maternity vaccination programs through a variety of administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to, organizing clinics, developing and updating spreadsheets, and managing data entry.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will collaborate with a dynamic team to provide a flexible, safe, and effective vaccination service for pregnant clients and infants within the healthcare framework.
You will oversee the efficient operation of vaccination programs for Flu, Covid, Pertussis, and RSV by performing a range of administrative tasks, including the creation and maintenance of accurate spreadsheets and data management.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all eligible individuals are offered the appropriate vaccinations and coordinating clinics to guarantee comprehensive coverage, capacity, and timely administration of vaccines.
You will address routine inquiries from both staff and service users in a professional manner, adhering to the Data Protection Act and Information Sharing Protocol. Collaboration with both clinical and non-clinical teams will be essential, as well as assisting management and clinicians with service development, redesign, and project initiatives. The ability to plan and manage a variety of complex tasks, organize your workload to meet deadlines, and respond to inquiries professionally is crucial.

Qualifications

Minimum of GCSE qualifications in Maths and English at Grade C (or equivalent) or higher.Desirable
