Senior HR Systems and Process Specialist

AqualisBraemar LOC is in search of a skilled and seasoned Senior HR Systems and Process Specialist to enhance our HR operations. This role presents a unique opportunity for a highly qualified individual to strategically influence and refine our HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Senior HR Systems & Processes Specialist, you will be tasked with delivering comprehensive Systems & Processes support to the Head of HR Systems and Processes. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and coordinating the development, execution, and ongoing improvement of process enhancement initiatives, ensuring they align with global standards for efficiency and consistency. Designing, documenting, and assessing processes utilizing standardized methodologies to ensure comprehensive optimization and adherence to global requirements. Collaborating with HR Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to improve HRIS processes through re-engineering techniques, maximizing system effectiveness and enhancing employee experience. Engaging with business stakeholders to identify, gather, and propose solutions for potential process enhancements. Overseeing the planning, execution, and management of system-build processes, including user acceptance testing, reporting, and analyzing improvement outcomes. Conducting regular audits of systems and data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Developing and delivering training materials, effectively communicating process changes to operational teams. Performing additional duties as required to support the overall objectives of the organization. The position is primarily based in the UK, and the candidate must possess the right to work and reside in the country. Flexibility to operate across multiple time zones may be necessary.

Candidate Profile:

We seek an ideal candidate who exhibits strong interpersonal and administrative skills, demonstrating a proactive approach to managing a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment. You will have access to a variety of fully supported development programs designed to help you acquire new skills and assume greater responsibilities. Additionally, you should:

Hold a University Degree in HR or a related field; CIPD certification is advantageous. Have a minimum of 6+ years of experience in HR within a global context, with experience in HR policies/handbooks and HRIS implementation. Possess knowledge of best practice HR policies and procedures. Have a solid understanding of Employment Law. Be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Desirable Competencies: Familiarity with GDPR Regulations. Understanding of international employment law. Previous experience in the energy sector is preferred.
