Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development: Spearhead the education of staff on new HR systems, ensuring they are proficient and confident in utilizing the latest tools and technologies; experience with HR-centric systems, particularly in a financial services context, is highly desirable.
Change Implementation: Refine recruitment systems, policies, and procedures to facilitate organizational change, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal teams to grasp their requirements, offering expert guidance and support throughout the transformation journey.
Virtual & In-Person Training: Conduct training sessions for large groups, both online and in person, tailoring your approach to accommodate various learning preferences.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all modifications and new systems comply with the rigorous regulations governing the banking sector.
Continuous Improvement: Identify avenues for further enhancement in HR processes, driving innovation and efficiency within the organization.

Banking Experience: You possess direct experience within the banking industry, with a robust understanding of its unique challenges and regulatory frameworks.
Training Expertise: You have a proven history of delivering impactful training programs, with the ability to engage and motivate large audiences.
Change Management: You are adept at navigating change within an organization, particularly concerning HR systems and processes.
Strong Communicator: You exhibit exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Hybrid Working Flexibility: You are comfortable with a hybrid working arrangement, including regular travel to our central office.
