Mondrian Alpha Seeks HRIS Implementation Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled HRIS Implementation Consultant to join our rapidly expanding global HR team. This is a business-critical hire that will play a key role in the implementation of a new HRIS system, improving internal functionality, platform speed, and overall HR operational infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the transition lifecycle engagement with new potential providers
  • Implement, integrate, and onboard all employees onto the new system
  • Work closely with the talent acquisition and legal teams to develop policies and improve operational processes
  • Manage the set-up of end-to-end workflows and HR reporting processes
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a HRIS consultant/implementation specialist/HR technology/HR Operational specialist at an asset manager or hedge fund
  • Experience leading successful HRIS implementation and transitions
  • Excellent academic profile and ability to work in a highly autonomous, fast-paced environment
