About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team at Capita Pensions Solutions. As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our pension solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on projects and manage/mentor a team to deliver high-quality results
  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of pension schemes, including DB, DC, CARE, and Annuities, and their administration and system implications
  • Provide expert advice on pension member records, relationships between members, Trustees, schemes, actuaries, funds, and investments, as well as different types of Pension Schemes and member status
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of pension/employee benefit technology platforms and their configuration and use
  • Design and implement automated Excel calculators with basic formulas and use filters, sorting, pivot tables, lookups, control totals, IF, and nested IF statements
  • Develop and maintain good MS Access skills and ability to understand requirements and produce specifications
