About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team at Capita Pensions Solutions. As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our pension solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on projects and manage/mentor a team to deliver high-quality results
  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of pension schemes, including DB, DC, CARE, and Annuities, and their administration
  • Design and implement system solutions to meet client requirements
  • Manage system configuration activities and quality
  • Deliver calculation automation and lead client implementation projects
  • Facilitate internal and external system training and provide documentation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client queries and issues
  • Mentor and coach Implementation Analysts
  • Conduct system configuration and testing quality control activities
  • Support the technical development of our technology platforms
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading projects and managing/mentoring a team
  • Strong understanding of pension schemes and their administration
  • Ability to design and implement system solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong MS Excel skills and ability to draft automated calculators
  • Good MS Access skills
  • Ability to understand requirements and produce specifications
