Job Title: Implementation Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team at NEC Software Solutions. As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality implementation consultancy and training for NEC customers within the Government sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide consultancy and training on NEC Products and Service Implementations in your area of expertise.
  • Deliver consultancy/training on-site and via Webinar/ Screen share facilities.
  • Contribute to the development of new consultancy offerings for newly developed software/services.
  • Make recommendations relating to the best use of NEC software in line with the client's business needs.
  • Ensure all consultancy and training is delivered effectively and achieve positive customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Experience in using/writing SQL.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Working knowledge of project methodologies.
  • Experience working with customers and/or external agencies.
  • Ability to problem solve and multi-task in demanding circumstances.
