**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct business analysis and information gathering sessions to understand the customer's requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Work closely with the customer's implementation team to configure TeamMate software, ensuring it aligns with their business processes and meets their requirements.
  • Provide training to the customer's end-users on software functionality prior to go-live, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Offer ad-hoc customer support, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
  • Act as the key interface between development, product management teams, and customers, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

**Requirements**

  • Experience implementing a B2B configurable software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a proven ability to manage customer expectations and engage with customers both virtually and face-to-face.
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel when customers prefer onsite delivery of services, with a flexible approach to accommodating changing customer engagements.
