Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent customer implementation projects from start to finish. This includes consulting with customers on change management, serving as a Subject Matter Expert on Corporate HR Performance programs, and developing and executing against detailed implementation plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple concurrent customer implementation projects, including Fortune 500 firms.
  • Consult with customers on change management and develop tailored communication, training strategy, and technical integrations.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Corporate HR Performance programs, including goal-setting, recognition, feedback, Calibration, Engagement Surveys, and the BetterWorks platform.
  • Support the Sales team by driving scoping discussions with prospects and owning the communication and value that BetterWorks Professional Services can bring to their HR initiatives.
  • Closely manage project timelines, T&E, and scope to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.
  • Demonstrate cross-functional leadership to deliver exceptional services and make our customers successful.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in leading SaaS implementations for large and complex organizations.
  • Experience in consulting, professional services, customer success, or related field.
  • Experience within the HR Talent Management space or being a Talent Management program owner within an HR department.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity levels.
