**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team at Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accounting Limited. As a Senior Professional Services Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering TeamMate consulting, configuration, and training services to our clients across the EMEA region and beyond.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct business analysis and information gathering sessions to understand the customer's requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the customer's implementation team to configure TeamMate software, ensuring it meets their business needs and requirements.
  • Provide training and support to customers' end-users on software functionality, ensuring a seamless transition to the new system.
  • Act as the key interface between development, product management teams, and customers, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in implementing B2B configurable software, with a strong understanding of business processes and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
  • Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
